Marcos Contreras was born in NY City where he was raised in the beautiful section of Washington Heights. As a son of immigrants who immigrated to the U.S. in the 1950's he saw his mother, Dinora Contreras negotiate and do business. As a young child, it motivated him to go into his own business. He saw his mother negotiating with people which inspired him to also become a business man. At the age of 18 he started his real estate career. Marcos saw the opportunity to make his dream and other people in his community dreams come true.
 

Marcos Contreras got his Real Estate license in New York State in 1986 where he helped hundreds of families to stop paying rent by learning different government programs that allow families with low income and low down payment to achieve the dream of owning their own homes.

After becoming a top producer Marcos decided to start his own business. Twenty years later he has over 300 employees working for him. Marcos Contreras has been through two cycles where the market has increased and decreased. In the 1980's and in 2008 when the market again rose to its peak, then came crashing down.

Marcos has bought and sold thousands of homes, runs a 24 hour radio station(540AM.) He is the President and Founder of the non profit "Jesus Soldiers Ministries" established in 2008.

Marcos future vision is to continue helping the American people gain financial freedom. Marcos Contreras lives his life, based on the principle of our Lord Jesus Christ, A Man of Sincerity, A Man of Integrity, A Man of God...
 

NYDIA CONTRERAS

Nydia Contreras was born in Puerto Rico and raised in a Christian home where her father was her inspiration. Seeing his success inspired her to set goals and accomplish them. Nydia’s mom was her spiritual guide and mentor, teaching her family values and also that without God nothing is possible. Nydia and Marcos joined in marriage and after 3 years  they started their family. Today they are a solid couple married 26 years.

Once together they started their business. In order to be more efficient in real estate Nydia has received certification in financing taking responsibility in the financial part of the business and bringing the company to a higher level in the real estate industry. Specializing in first time buyer’s programs approved by FHA and Fannie Mae. Nydia is efficient in coordinating closings and qualifying families until the end of the closing process. Nydia and Marcos work in unity to bring their company to a higher level of efficiency in various products. 

Nydia’s vision is to create a foundation for kids in need and also to inspire other women to believe that they can make it with God’s help. Her vision for their business is to bring people to a level of recognizing the need to have a more stable financial status for their family. Their business and ministry continues to be a blessing to many people in the Tri State area, 6 states and 5 Boros through the Radio Station 540AM.
